2008
Anti Violence Project Courage Award
On Monday, October 27, 2008 I was presented with a Courage Award from the Anti-Violence Project. The award was given to me by Ana Matronic of the Scissor Sisters
The Courage Awards honor those who have made a tremendous impact on the lives of lesbian, gay, transgender, bisexual (LGBT) and HIV-affected people in New York City and across the nation, and who are in many ways, reflective of the mission and spirit of the Anti-Violence Project's service to the Community.
Here I am on the night of the awards holding my contribution to their really great ad campaign.
