I traveled around Europe and Canada meeting people who had built their paradise homes, in this five part series.
Originally the show was to be about people who had built their homes on islands - something which really fascinates me because I myself would love to live on an island. But they weren’t able to ‘cast’ enough houses on islands that also happened to have Velux windows (Velux paid for the whole shebang!) and so the brief became a little broader. Still it was a lot of fun and I met some lovely people and saw some beautiful places.
