Last week I sang Ladies Who Lunch at the Roundabout Theatre Spring Gala honoring Helen Mirren. I also auctioned off the Club Cumming experience (me coming to your house and having a kickass party, basically) and three people paid 60k each, making a whopping total for the Roundabout's coffers of 180k!!
It's also the time of year when all the theatres on Broadway and Off-Broadway collect for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Here's a little vid about it all...
On the 20th April I will be hosting the PS122 gala which will honor Claire Danes and feature performances by Peaches, Meow Meow, Lance Horne and DJ sets By Sammy Jo and Andrew Andrew. PS 122 is an amazing performance art centre in the East Village of New York City that has produced and nurtured some of the most amazing performers in the world. You can buy tickets here
